Isla del Sol is super calm and quiet in the evening after all the day-trip visitors are gone. There are some great restaurants at the top of the hill where you can get some really nice dinner. Also, since the island is so secluded from the rest of civilization, it's a perfect place for stargazing at night. I would definitely recommend spending a night there. Very relaxing and the scenery is stunning.
