On the positive side, the location is great, especially if you’re arriving by bus from KK. However, I probably wouldn’t book here again — I'd try somewhere else. If you're looking for a good river tour, I recommend Googling Wanna and Mark for an excellent experience seeing monkeys and crocodiles. Ask them to pick you up near the mall by the river to save on taxi fare. Just message them via WhatsApp!

EVERYTHING. Complementary Pick up and Drop off to the airport... and to most of the atraction for free! For sure it is a big big plus to decide to stay here. Rooms are clean, new, and everything was perfect. All people working there was friendly and helpful. Internet was perfect. Location is really close to the center (In case you need to walk, as you have the complementary service). they will do their best to help you. Also, Boy, the drive is a really really friendly person. Smily all time, good sense of humor and made all the experience much much better. We were sad to say him bye, hope we can meet really soon :) I would recommend this place. I cannot imagine other place to stay in Brunei
