The hotel staff particularly Daniel was excellent, friendly, helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Daniel went out of his way to help us, he even appreciated our issues with the provided food and therefore brought us healthier and traditional foods which was excellent. It’s very close to Plovdiv, but still a perfect city-brake getaway, roads are quite okay, parking space available, great value to money ratio both for accommodation and in the restaurant. Food and wines were exquisite, but the wine tour and tasting was beyond my expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in, would definitely recommend!
