Not very much to be honest. First night we stayed there was ok, the guy at reception asked to be paid in cash, paid cash for 8 nights from a wednesday. The beds were uncomfortable, there were no cups or cutlery in the rooms or even a kettle. There isn't any cleaners that clean out the rooms, which isn't really that much of an issue. It got to the weekend and then there were people staying in the hotel who were up all night screaming and shouting kicking doors and trying other guests room doors, I should know I was right next to the door as it was happening. I appealed to the management there and even asked for some money back as we had to go stay somewhere else. The owner was adamant about there being no refunds. The beds were also old and hurt my grandfather's back who is 80 years old. I would highly recommend anyone to stay away from this place, fork out the extra little bit of money and stay in a much better place, we ended off at Nove hotel a few minutes away which was far better value for money

Everything was as we expected. The value for money is acceptable. It's great that, like in a motel, the ground floor and the car is standing near the door. Located near the highway, but the soundproofing is excellent. With the windows closed, you can't hear the street noise. Great place to stay overnight after a long trip

Fantastic time in this small but well set out Town people are generally very nice and welcoming all I can suggest is you take a walk around plenty of good shops banks restaurants and bars.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They helped us with tips about our trip and were right to point us to local historical places to visit. The restaurant is extremely good and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.

You have to Google and research this town. There's a lot of hidden gems. We found several restaurants with views across the Danube but there weren't any clues beforehand. Different language, different alphabet - maybe the clues were all in Bulgarian.
I stayed in this hotel years ago and it has been improved a lot since then. The room was well equipped, well decorated and comfortable. It also now has a lift, which they got working a few days after we arrived - most welcome for people in their seventies if you are on a high floor. There is also a restaurant in the basement with decent food.
For such a small town Hotel was above our expectations. For the first time I can say in reality Hotel and rooms looks 3 times better. I’m not sure how old is the Hotel , but everything felt new. Very polite and welcoming staff. Our room was amazing, balcony with a view to River Danube.
It’s near the centre and the owner is so nice and helpful. He speaks Russian so we could easily communicate. The room was clean and the owner offered unlimited tea, coffee and drinking water which was nice. If I go to Svishtov again this is definitely where I’ll stay!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was with a big and comfortable jacuzzi. The hotel has and option for food delivery to the room and on the other side of the street there is a lovely restaurant. We enjoyed our time there.
We think this is the most centrally located hotel in Svishtov and that is the main reason we book here. It is opposite the main city square where there are places to eat and drink within walking distance.
The room was large, with a big double bed and 2 other separate beds.
