It was very easy to find . The property was easy to access and the host was immediately available. I don't speak Bulgarian but his orientation was done in a few minutes and he was easy to work with. The TV has English news channel which made me very happy. everything that you might need is provided fridge kettle etc. the premises is lovely and clean .The price was very good and its very central.

we will never visit this location again, never got to see the sights, we were there only to rest and shower before our onward journey.
but on two occasions in 2 years we have visited this location, both have been bad experiences, wont be going again

We Thought we were in paradise or at least in Haremlike house, also the smell was Arabic The building was like Arabic beautiful!!! The entryhall was a real hall. Overwhelming. The room just great, furniture accessories lights bathroom and so on superb and we really enjoyed every little item every bit for comfort and a certain cosyness.Friendly helpfulness without being devout. We’re certainly coming back on our return voyage

The guesthouse is situated in a quiet part of svilengrad, a 5 minute walk from the main drag. İt's run by friendly helpful people who give great advice and take their time as hosts seriously. İf you are coming by bike they have bike storage and good knowledge. The room is clean and has comfortable beds and a hot shower.
Couldn't find the hotel had to get taxi driver to ring owner who had to guide him down loads of back streets where to you to a long wall with a door really weird when the taxi driver had no clue. Tv didn't work no service or manager owner had to let myself in and out no locks or keys for door.
The room was spacious and comfortable. It was very easy accessible with a stroller. Next to the hotel was a park which was convenient for a walk with a child.
