The owner was lovely and very helpful. He offered directions to everywhere and even organised a trip to the nearby Venetsa Cave for me (30 BGN). The rooms were comfortable and very close to the fortress!

Nice location, you can see the Belogradchick fortress from the bedrooms and balcony, there's also a large market that sets up right next to the apartment on Fridays ( i assume, as it happened the friday morning we were there ), Comfortable beds and linens, spacious apartment.

The visit was disappointing because the most interesting gallery, the one with the ancient drawings is closed for the visitors. More than this the guide at the beginning refused to speak English, asking for extra payment.
