The son of the owner can speak very good english, responded quick my messages, gave us details to the transportations and was very cooperative. His father (owner of the house) welcomed us at the house, his English was not very good but he tried a lot to communicate with us, so at the end we understood everything. He was very friendly.
In the room there was everything needed, beds were comfortable, tovels, key to every room, new furniture in all rooms, bathroom is like the standard in bulgaria (the free shower in the room ;) ), good equipment in the kitchen (fridge, oven, cloth washing machine, stove....) and free tea and coffee :)

Pretty traditional design of building. Friendly staff. Quite good options for breakfast however juice could be more natural. Clean room and facilities. Big parking. In overall it was filling like a rest at the parent home.

The location of the hotel is fine - in the middle of a nice forest with beautiful view from the room and the restaurant. It is more convenient to be reached by car although there is a bus not far from the hotel linking the resort to the city of Stara Zagora. The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful.
