The hotel is superb. It's located near the south beach, there are no noisy restaurants around. Daily cleaning of the room with regular change of towels and sheets. The view is amazing, food is delicious and more than enough. There is parking spot, but there is no elevator (not a problem for us) 🙂. Staff is very friendly and smiling.

The night markets stretched the whole length of the town.
Very friendly place.
Good access to neighbouring resorts.
The only negative was it is very hilly, our elderly guest did not leave the hotel grounds, except by car.

We based our choice of place and hotel on reviews and photos. Kiten was dirty and unkempt, unloved and uncared for, not suitable for disabled. The hotel bore no resemblance to the photos and was decidedly overpriced, dirty and old. The only saving grace was the beach but that was crowded! Some nice inexpensive restaurants. Not much to do or see. There was a live music venue opposite the hotel.

it was out of season ,but we did find two places to eat and drink,one being a big open restaraunt which had canoes on the ceiling which had amazing service and the best pizza ive eaten in years and another beach res. which was on kiten beach next to tequila bar,which was also a hotel, disgusting food and really ignorant bad service, cant say much more, on kiten as it was out of season,but we managed to find everything we needed in the shops that where open ,very clean and tidy town

I never knew there was so much culture there to be found.
I never knew there was so much culture there to be found. I went there around the same time as a folklore festival which was quite captivating, I think foreigners would have enjoyed that even more. Both beaches were beautiful with clean water and big enough free zones (at least in june). I had some lovely walks as well, it's very family friendly and many of the restaurants had live folklore music.
This is our second stay in the hotel (we visit it last year) and we really like the location and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon, when you don't have time to go to the beach with kids. This time the pool was not freezing cold and the kids also manage to use it. There were couple of friendly girls in the restaurant/bar. The room was west oriented and the temperature with AC was really pleasant.
The location was awesome, it felt like exiting the forest and entering the beach directly.
The food was great and tasty.
The rooms were clean and smelled fantastic.
The pool was always clean and the temperature was never to low.
The beach was close enough to walk to and the road was allways a pleasure to take.
The alcohol tasted premium.
The evenings and nighttimes were quiet.
We had 4 nights with breakfast included. The hotel is absolutely adorable! The room was extremely clean, the food was fantastic (really nice price list), the location of the hotel is good (around 500 meters of Atleman beach and the center of Kiten), the attitude of the staff is very friendly, calm and helpful! Definitely will visit the hotel again!
Great room with pretty big balcony, great view, beach is very close to hotel, parking is at the hotel entrance, several good restaurants on a walking distance from hotel. Nice bar.
I would say "Very good" about the staff, and "Below acceptable" for manager.

Great location so close to the beach and local facilities. it has a good outside shaded seating.
The staff were exceptional and I must mention Svetlana who was very helpful and who worked long hours.

Great location just a minute or two from the beach. Excellent value for money. Lovely staff (owners?) always ready to help. They have a beautiful, well looked after, German Shepherd. Car can be parked free of charge within the precincts of the property.
The hotel was great, clean and comfortable and the staff in the hotel and restaurant are polite and helpful. Ideally situated for walking into the shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent wellness facilities, highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
