Very friendly people, one of the daughters speaks German, everything else works nicely with google translate, Viber, WhatsApp.
There are two buildings, a farmer‘s house, „Skansen“ type. I loved it!!! The other one is newer, I haven’t been in it.
Location of hotel is excellent and you have some good restaurants near by. Next to the hotel is large market if you need to buy any food. Room has enough space and it is clean but it could be a bit modernised, there is nice parking available for hotel guests, stuff is very friendly.
Excellent location for rafting and adventure. Also right in the middle of Foca so a 2 minute walk to a lovely restaurant (Mozart), good bakery etc... Parking is secure. It is great value for money. Air con, comfy beds, quiet, massive TV with lots of foreign channels.

I have just slept here for one night only. The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood some 30 minutes walk from the center of Foča. The host was very kind and there is a private parking place in the property.
