Breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful, friendly and answers all our questions. Room was very big, very clean and comfortable. Location was super. They have a little market at the hotel lobby and they get a huges plus for selling sanitary pads which I needed at the time.

Location is really important here. I needed to get to the airport for an early flight. This place is perfect for that. You can also walk to the main raid into Sarajevo and get a tram for 2KM (1€) if you want-20 minute walk, not great footpaths though. Comfy bed, let me check-in at 10.30 a.m., as needed a bag drop. Wasn't there long enough to try breakfast or the Chinese restaurant.
