The staff are very attentive from front desk, maintenance and beyond.. Everyone has a smile on their face and always willing to help and assist in any way possible. Jonathan you and your staff rock. My renovated room was beautiful
I was even able to previously put a block on the room I requested , which was a plus especially during a high event like Soul Beach Music Festival. This is my #1 place to stay on the island 🏝 . I will always make Brickell Bay my number one place to stay while in Aruba. It is right in the middle of Palm Beach. Entertainment, dining and shopping are nearby and within walking distance. They even offer rides/pickup to the the beach which is directly across the street. Breakfast is offered, for a small cost, at adjacent restaurant, Salt and Pepper. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
The beachfront Ritz-Carlton, Aruba tempts guests with free WiFi, 2 outdoor pools and spa in Noord. It lies 5.5 mi from the Archaeological Museum of Aruba. The rooms are bright and modern.

The entire resort was a "10," as I expected it to be since it's the Ritz Carlton! I asked for an upgrade, and they happily upgraded me for almost double my initial reservation. I found the business side of the vacation frustrating and a little shady. I was promised select upgrades for being on the concierge floor, which I only got because I complained bitterly. I was asked if I wanted the same seating every day, but on multiple occasions, my seating was given away to someone else. I was told I had select seating at the pool, and the seating was the worst seat on the beach. Lastly, I was told my resort fees were not going to be charged to me since I paid for this big upgrade, but I was charged about $101 additional each day. I had to get management involved to compromise and split the difference between them.

It was small, lovely, comfortable and not "resorty"... I just appreciated not having so many people everywhere. The place was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was different than what I expected (traditional american breakfast) but very nice and very fresh!

I personally didn’t care for that beach, it isn’t one of the ones where you can look straight down to the bottom like in a pool. Those beaches are divi, baby beach, the beach by the light house and a few more I can’t think of at
The moment!

Beautiful beach, very clean, lots of shade under trees that line the beach. Not crowded. We ate at Zucchini and had a great meal, fantastic dessert! Not far to large grocery if you need supplies with free delivery. Nice walking path lines the beach. Quiet, far from the rowdier Palm Beach. This is our third visit in three years.

If your favorite things are swimming in the warm and gentle...
If your favorite things are swimming in the warm and gentle ocean, taking long morning trolls on the fine, cool sand, watching gorgeous sunsets, and enjoying serene surroundings without loud noises and beach hawkers, Eagle Beach in Aruba is a very special place for families and for all ages!
Manchebo is a beautiful resort on a gorgeous section of beach located on the quiet side of the island among the other low-rise hotels. The food at the resort was good and there was never an issue about finding a beach chair under a palapa at whatever time of day you decide to go to the beach. The staff was always warm and welcoming. And finally, the free yoga and Pilates classes for hotel guests were awesome - even if, like us, you've never taken a class before.
It’s the perfect mixture between a hotel and an AIRBNB. You get a mini apartment, it’s so spacious and clean. Literally across the street from the supermarket. You have parking available in case u rent a car, which I highly recommend! The island is bigger than expected. The host was super nice, and alway available if needed, and they provided everything you need at the beach. Like cooler, chairs etc … it was perfect will definitely come back.
The location was fantastic - just minutes away from the beach and far away enough from the high rise hotels, so it felt private yet central. The room was incredible, so comfortable and so well-equipped. It had everything I needed. Wi-Fi was great. The owners, Omira and her husband, were lovely. Would highly recommend!
The hotel was outstanding, as was the location and staff. Also nice that it had the nearby Riu Palace with added facitlies. Food quality, buffets, and bar access was very very good though overall. We traveled as a group of 3 couples. There was a very fun Riu neon party on the last night. Beach was great.
It is an apartment more than a hotel. It has all that you need for a comfortable stay in Aruba. The hotel is located on walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and a bus station.
Nita was a great host, you can learn a lot about the culture of the island with her and she´s super attentive!
Location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. The owner is extremely helpful and did every thing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He truly cares that his guests have a good experience. I have already recommended this hotel to others and will continue to do so.
I was in this hotel not one time and I have no problem with floor, but now I can't to be on 4 floor and I ask about 1 floor in advance.
But they can to give to us 4 floor. After some communication they found 1 floor. Thanks to person who was on the front desk.
Breakfast was great! Staff was pleasant and friendly. Location was close to restaurants either by walking or taxi. Hotel offered a shuttle to the beach or you could walk a 5 min distance. Pool and bar area was nice too
All the people in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They were willing to help you with everything. The hotel is in front of the beach, so it was the best location to enjoy it.
The location is very good. Near restaurants and bars. Very tranquil but very close to the beach and restaurant and bars. Not to far from downtown. I would recommend this hotel.
