The restaurants and cafes are fantastic.
The restaurants and cafes are fantastic. A tour on Wallis lake is a must to do when in Forster. If you have kids take them to the Lions Club Putt Putt Golf and Trampolines, it is cheap and great fun, whilst supporting a charity.

What a stunning view from the front balcony, we even saw dolphins! Four winds was the most well stocked kitchen we have ever experienced. Even suppling TimTams. Our stay was amazing and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Highly recommend staying in Forster and especially at Astina Suits. The location is absolutely beautiful. Everything you need is so close. The beaches are clean, with easy access and are absolutely beautiful. So many lovely places to eat both near the water and near shops.

What we liked most was that it was close to a cafe across the road from us where we had breakfast.I would recommend to book as it was quite busy.It was also close to the hotel where we had a couple of cold beers & also we had tea there one night.There are quite a few nice shops in the main street of forster.
We loved the location - directly opposite the river pools where you can hire all sorts of water gear, and just a short walk to the vibrant town centre plus the marina and great beaches! The apartment was super comfortable and there were such beautiful and thoughtful little touches plus it was just super well equipped with everything you may need for a beach holiday, and that made our stay all the more enjoyable. Karen was a great host offering plenty of tips and clear entry instructions before we arrived.
The grounds of the motel are beautiful. The pool area, especially, is amazing. The room was very clean, spacious and updated to be fresh amd modern. The bed was very comfortable. Little touches made it a very comfy stay such as beautiful linen, coffee machine, plant in the room. The hosts were very friendly. They provided us with a ride into Forster in the hotel bus which was greatly appreciated.
Good place to stay for those on a budget. Close to everything. Clean and tidy room. Well run property with helpful manager and friendly cleaning team. Older style rooms have been updated with, big smart tv, quality bedding and towels, nice smelling bathroom products. Noticed some rooms were pet friendly. Some undercover parking available. Pool is nice option for those with young children.
Excellent location. We could walk to river and Hotel and the bowling club is next door. Easy drive to shops and beach. The pool was clean and tidy and enjoyed my swim. Clean and tidy rooms with good facilities and the receptionist who greeted us was courteous and professional with a great friendly personality. Cleaning staff that we would see in the morning were also friendly and polite.
This is an older style motel, close to all amenities, it's clean and comfortable with friendly management.
If you want to enjoy the sights, sounds and activities of Forster, then this could be the motel for you. Walking distance to shops, beaches and lakes, boat hire, hotels to meet friends, along with an abundance of eateries and restaurants.
We rented two apartments, both were of very high quality. The wide open plan living, kitchen facilities, cleanliness, comfort and location were excellent. As both properties were identical, just wasn’t sure of the price difference between the two? Also, the underground parking was very tight and made it difficult to manoeuvre the cars.
What a great find! Super close to the water-front, lower price than anything around it and squeaky clean! Loved it. Small room, perfect for travel, and very efficient!! Don't let the old sign in front of the hotel fool you - the rooms are great!
Room was huge and the view was amazing! Bed was really comfortable and the little bar area was just perfect for our needs. It's an easy stroll to the beach cafes and Forster town centre.
