Good location staff was supportive 👌 facilities in the room were good no air condition . the mattress was a bit too soft (it's about time to replace the mattress) Brakfest and diner were good. And on top of all free entrance to the Terms and cables cars were the highlight.

Beautiful building inside and outside right in the centre of Bad Hofgastein yet located on a peaceful tree-lined street. Lovely entrance with helpful staff, beautiful dining room and rooms are generous with balcony and views of the mountains. Pool with jacuzzi are lovely and in good weather one can sunbathe outside in the discreet garden.

We’ve been to this town sever times and love it. We normally stay in a different hotel, but decided to try this one due to the free Alpentherme entry and the look of the food on their website.
