The flat is comfortable, good eqiped. The bathroom is fine, as well as the fireplace in the living room. The view from one side is oriented on the mountines. There is the ski bus stop very near, this was perfect, you just put everything on, grab your ski, walk few dozen steps to the bus stop and in a few minutes you get to the ski slopes in no stress and economicaly and environmentaly friendly way.

Enjoyed the view from the walking path above the village and we were amazed at how many nordic walking and mountain bike paths there were. Loved the village's atmosphere with the church, the old buildings and the authentic restaurants.
The apartment is spacious, clean, very well equipped and maintained. We could cook whatever meal we wanted, all dish and tools are available.

Access to Fanningberg ski resort takes only 10 minutes car drive.
The location (though the nearby stream can be loud if sleeping with windows open). The decoration and the room size. The Mariapfarr bath (to which free tickets are provided) and the cable cars that can also be accessed using the Landau card provided by the proprietor.
i was super happy. the accomodation was perfect! Suited to our needs perfectly. Breakfasts are delicious, hotel is cosy and stylish. Skibus stops right at the hotel, which is also convenient if you do not want to reach the slopes by car every day.
