Only 1 little thing (and im sure its just a "one time" problem ) after 9 reception is closed and you have to use the room key for the revolving door . Probably somone tried to push the dor open and it jammed ...anyhow we were stock in the hotel . (Actualy we could go out by another door but were not able to come in )
Was not a biiiig issue we just did not take the evening walk and it had no consequences on our trip whatsoever .
Overall good place to stay , nothing extraordinary ( except staff of course😉) about it but nothing bad either .

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Hotel is in an excellent location for walking biking and exploring the area we went in July 24 , our room was very clean and the views of the mountains were breathtaking, would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Bernadette on reception is outstanding and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Despite not being in central Austria, there is much to see and do in and around Landeck. Castle, cable-car, waterfalls etc. Close to Alpine villages such as Lech and St Anton. Landeck also has an international railway station giving access to many routes.

The property was one of the best we have stayed in Austria. Great location for visiting numerous ski resorts.
The owners made us feel extremely welcoming and always checking to see if we had everything we needed.
Kitchen well equipped, sofa comfortable, plenty of hot water for a shower and the large bed was also comfortable.
Great views across the valley and the opportunity to sit out on a nice day.
We would highly recommend and we hope to return.
the hotel was clean, the room was big and it had everything that you needed. the person from the reception (my guess would be maybe the owner?) is a very nice person, trying to give you tips and to make you feel as comfortable as possible. breakfast was very good!
