The public areas, the wellness and the rooms were really clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was always available, but they weren’t disturbing. The staff of the restaurant was very friendly, especially Richard. Richard’s wine recommendation was really good. Relatively small hotel which makes it very cozy. Superb facilities (a REAL wellness). Owners Gabby & Heinz do their very best to give this place a personal touch. Heinz even took us on an early bird ski trip around Kaltenbach. Lovely staff; they do their very best to serve you all day round with a big smile.
