We really liked the stay at the Haus Kloibhofer. The lady we super nice when we arrived, the house is a comfortable Austrian house and we felt welcome immediately.
It is a bit away from the town centre, but to me that was a benefit as this means it's also away form the noise of the main road.
Next time I'm cycling through Grein I'll definitely be back!
This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The owners are super gracious and a joy to talk to. My room was super comfortable and very quiet. And for the money, we can't beat this place. The breakfast was one of the best I've had on my month-long trip. I would definitely stay here again.
Clean and comfortable hotel centrally located in Grein with great facilities for cyclists. The hotel has an honesty bar with wine beer and snacks which was very welcome. A friendly reception from the family with a good restaurant recommendation for our evening meal
Property was well presented and the breakfast was good. The manager was waiting for us at the street to welcome us into the hotel.
There were nice touches such as the self service bar area and wash room. Good facilities for cyclists
This hotel is a true jewel, absolutely everything was excellent - wonderful location, stylish, modern, everything perfectly functional, clinically clean, silent rooms, AWESOME wellness facilities. This is a place to go and to be.
Lovely old hotel with lots of history but modern facilities. Room was lovely. Excellent continental breakfast included in the price. Great cycle parking facilities if you're cycling the Danube.
A very honest place , situated up the hill from the pretty town of Grein.
We were welcomed by our host and we were able to lock our bikes away safely.
We enjoyed a plentiful breakfast
Everything was perfect. Very conveniently located for cyclists on the Donauweg cycle path. The hostess went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommended!
