The accommodation is located in an beautiful environment. The view is amazing of the snowy mountains from the window. Our room was very clean and pleasantly warm. We booked a three-bed room, but we got a four-bed room. And two restroom were in our room. It was much more comfortable, than we expected. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

The location is very nice if you do not like the busy places. Very hard to find people that are speaking English. You can do a lot of activities: swimming, hiking, climbing, cross country ski. I do not fully understand the trail rules for the cross-country sky. Some tourists had access to the trails other no, the lady from JUFA hotel front desk could not explain because she does not speak English/ we do not speak German. But for a location as much advertised for cross country ski the hotel could provide the rules in couple of foreign languages. We felt a bit discriminated.

Need a car, otherwise a taxi.
Need a car, otherwise a taxi. Too far to walk from Eisernerz. Ideal for hiking, can't comment on winter skiing. Staff were helpful, courtious, polite and alive. Evenongh meal should be ordered in advance, as they only cater for known numbers. However, they were able to accommodate me.
Would recommend it.

Vitalbad swimming pool was an unexpected & great value find, nice to cool off & relax
Leopoldsteiner lake a couple of km outside the town is very pretty & a nice circular walk around it
Recommend area for mountain views
This hotel is terrible. I would not recommend it to anybody.
WIFI does not work in the appartment. Piles of dust lay on the floor.
There are spiders on the wall and in every corner in all rooms.
Greasy and dirty pillows are in the kitchen. Dirty and rusty toilet.
Greasy and dirty dishes and pots in the kitchen.
Rotten potatoes in the cupboard.
Traditional style of Austrian Gasthaus, serving me a superb Wienerschnitzel in the evning and good breakfast as well. Nice room, and it seems to have been a sauna in the Gasthaus as well. Very close to Eisenerz bus station.
Great location for Eisenerz iron ore mines, waterfalls and national park tours. Very clean apartment, reception staff extremely helpful. Windows and balconies overlooking the mountains.
The property is very convenient to what we were doing . We love the little town of Eisenerz and the apartment is walking distance to restaurants and other conveniences.
Beautiful place, calm and green area, forest and walking ways everywhere... The Hotel was excellent, the staff was helpful. great place to explore the region.
