The property was spotlessly clean with a very well kept yard. The host kept bringing us fresh fruits daily from his own orchard. The location was big enough to accommodate 3 families. We were always driving to our destinations so distances were never an issue, but still location is very conveniently close.to Sarande and Xamil lovely beaches and not very far for a day trip to Girokaster. The property was furbished as a typical balkanic rural location so people looking for modern furniture and appliances should probably look elsewhere, but we would for sure return anytime for the warmness of the host, cleanliness and overall nice experience. PS: grilling fresh fish and seafood on the big outside grill was also an awesome experience

Great location- super quiet on the countryside near Saranda. The team has build up a lovely farm that is run by a team of international young people. A great place to relax and explore the Albanian riviera. The houses are individually designed with great view and privacy. The food offered by the team is delicious and a great alternative to going out.

Remarkable. Super-sized apartment with every facility imaginable. Margarita speaks no English but is charming and uses Google Translate perfectly, plus her daughter speaks good English. Great and inexpensive restaurant across the road. 15 minutes from the Blue Eye and a few minutes from the Monastery. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a very nice stay at this little hotel. The facilities are new and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were both a good size. Despite the location being next to the road, it was quiet and peaceful.

The hospitality of the host Maradona and his family was present during our entire stay. They were there for us at any moment. Incredibly nice people. He brought us to the old Center at any time that we would like, and he did this for all guests. The room was very clean and nice all around. Breakfast was good as well. If i'm ever back at Gjirokastër, this is the place to be.

Great location on the harbourside with excellent views from the window and balcony. Friendly, chatty staff. Parking immediately outside but probably essential to reserve in advance as we did.
