Beautifully renovated hotel in the outskirts of Goreme. The staff and the owner, Ali, were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet is lovely and we also requested a vegan dinner, which the chef fixed perfectly. The hotel has a very friendly and chatty cat as well, which greeted us every morning and demanded pats!

The staff was over the top amazing. If I could give it six or seven stars I would. My room was amazing. The breakfast was just unbelievable. So good as we're dinners. I stay at a lot of hotels all over the world and this one is at the top of the list. Side note ... laundry service excellent and very reasonable. An amazing stay The staff come thru at breakfast and ask what you need help with.

Pegas was beyond our expectations. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel manager Timur went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our trip with daily tour and dining suggestion and even arranging transportation. We will stay here again.

The hotel, a genuine old Greek house converted into a hotel, boasts quiet ambiance, beautiful design, and well-maintained rooms that are clean and spacious. Its location in the quiet, picturesque town of Mustafapasa is excellent. Rich with history and beautifully preserved Greek-style houses now turned hotels, the town has numerous friendly shops and restaurants. There’s no hassle, and everyone seems genuinely happy. The entire place is from 1001 Nights. The original caves are beautifully integrated into spatious, well ventilated, and hence with an optimal temperature, rooms. The suites are up the hill and, most importantly, away from noise and in a rather private area. The panorama is breathtaking. The personnel is very kind, and the owner helped us with valuable insight into when and what to see in Cappadocia. If arriving by plane, they can organize all the transfers and sightseeing for you as well, including the famous balloon flight. Definitely recommend!

Out of our whole trip of 2 weeks this was the most unique hotel with the best host we've ever encountered all over the world! The owner Nil attends to you as if you are a VIP client and she even arranged our balloon flight and went over and beyond when it got cancelled cause of the wind to ensure we have the experience we came for. She organised a tour for us that suited our interests and tume frame The rooms are magnificent and the most spacious we've stayed at in Turkey. The view from the breakfast room are just incredible and mesmerising. Their breakfast was the absolute best! Thr egg salad & omelettes are to die for! I can't fault anything and it exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return to this amazing place and Nil makes you feel like family. It is a brisk walk to town and as in the whole of Turkey lot's of steep walking up and down but we enjoyed the exercise. Fabulous stay!
