Beautiful and peaceful place, surrounded by nature, close to everything-walking trails, small towns, mountains, beaches.... Perefect if u have a car, manageable even if u don't and like walking ... A walk distance from wood trails, a longer walk to train and bus that takes you to perfect day trips and hikes. Coming back to the air bnb was always a very nice and relaxing feel.... As it is very specious, pleasent, well designed and equipped, nice tranquil patio to open garden.

This was one of our very favorite places we stayed! Brendan was an exceptional host. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked. We were able to do a load of laundry. The location was peaceful and beautiful and convenient to Wicklow, Powerscourt and Dublin. Waking up to the mountain views and the gorgeous landscaping made for a restorative lovely stay. Cannot possibly recommend staying here enough!! Whenever back in Ireland will definitely stay here!

On Ireland’s beautiful east coast, Powerscourt Hotel is a 5-star hotel tucked away in the woodlands of County Wicklow. There are stunning spa facilities and an award-winning restaurant, Sika.

Opulently furnished rooms all have marble baths, separate rainforest showers and featherbeds. Many rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic views and terraces. All have a seating area and free Wi-Fi.

There are so many positive things to comment on. We loved our room - especially our nice big walk in wardrobe and bathroom. The calming colours, the cleanliness, the spaciousness were all here (alot of the times in other hotels something is lacking but not here). We ate dinner at the Sally Gap, I was very impressed with how smooth everything ran especially as they had only just re-opened. The food was delicious - my veg burger was the best I have ever eaten (and I've eaten many), my Mum had steak and it was cooked exactly as she requested. Breakfast was perfect, as I like fresh fruit and coffee and my Mum enjoys a hot breakfast so both our needs were met. I absolutely loved the pool where I enjoyed a quiet adult only morning swim. Every single member of staff we interacted with were friendly yet professional, I wish all hospitality staff could be like this! I can honestly say this was one of the best short break hotel experiences I've ever had.

The room decor was really modern inside and outside my room. The room was spotless and cosy.,air conditioning was great to have too.The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Access to the front door and obtaining key from safe box was hassle free. The location was perfect,10 min walk from sea front and bus stop literally on the doorstep. Definitely was great value for money and I won’t be hesitating to rebook again in the future.
