Beautiful room in peaceful surroundings with lovely views over the garden and fields. Quality bedding and wonderful bathroom. Excellent location in small village with pub and some nice walks. Tina and Dave were very welcoming. Perfect for my two night stay to visit family and explore the nearby towns of Horncastle and Woodhall Spa. Tattershall Castle was also a great place to visit...so much to do and see in the area.

Accommodation-only basis, but wasn’t a problem as Woodhall Spa close by with plenty of places for brekkie etc. Host thought of everything…plenty of toiletries in case you’d forgotten anything, hairdryer supplied, plates/cutlery in case takeaway ordered! Couldn’t fault it and superb price! Would use again if back in the area.

The cottage is beautiful , very cosy, and had all the facilities that you would need for a weekend away. The location is peaceful, but if you want restaurants , pubs, and shopping , Woodhall Spa is just over 5 minutes drive . The hosts , Brian and Fiona, are friendly and even offered to drop us off and pick us up from a restaurant we had booked for the following night. All in all, it was a perfect little weekend away.
