Comms with the host were excellent. I like that there are shower and toilet facilities on site and there was a firebox & wood supplied so we could toast marshmallows. It was great to have the hot tub, the kids loved it. Rostrevor itself is a lovely spot. We stumbled across a wonderful trad session in the Rostrevor Inn and also had a delicious meal there.

Large, clean, close to Mourne mountains, excellent host
Location was great, excellent view from the hot tub! Great spot to explore more of the Mournes, amazing walks within a few minutes drives from our cottage. The cottage was wonderfully equipped with everything you would need for a great stay, we celebrated a 70th birthday here and everyone had a wonderful time. Lovely wood burner in the lounge provided great atmosphere in the evenings!
The house had a lovely homely feel, it was spotless and the beds so comfy! The location was perfect for us and having such a nice home to come back to. If the weather had been warmer for summer we’d of definitely had a bbq in the garden as it was really nice out there too. Sean and Christina were so nice and welcoming and we’ll definitely be back!

The house was ideal for our family, there was a bedroom downstairs which was perfect for grandparents, and the bathrooms were very spacious and well equipped. The 3 further bedrooms upstairs were beautiful and very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and exceeded our expectations. The driveway to the property was generous and the garden was great for us to sit outside to relax in the evenings.
