The location is fantastic - right on the main street (above a nice restaurant, which closes at 10 so it's not noisy), only 10 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station (12 minute ride into Freiburg). The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It's much bigger than it looks in the pictures, and very smartly done up (very IKEA, modern and comfy). The master bedroom is a duplex attic room and is enormous, with a gorgeous view from the little balcony. The bathroom is excellent with a really good shower! Kirchzarten is a very pretty little village with really nice bakeries and good shops (Beckesepp little supermarket just next door, but there's a bigger one around the corner, and ALDI, etc.) We rented e-bikes from Wunderle.

Perfect place to stay in Kirchzarten. 10-15 minute walk from train station. Middle of little town. Breakfast great! Also has restaurant......very good food for great value. Everyone that is working here is very friendly and helpful.
