House is in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful large garden. The pool was crystal clean and a welcome coolness. Ample shade, or full sun. Very nice patio. Well-equipped kitchen. Garden view. Hostess was exceptionally friendly and also gave clear directions for finding the keys, should she be away. Shady parking off street. Very close to supermarket, restaurants. Friendly staff, clean rooms and good service for a very reasonable price. Nice surroundings with lots of forests also, but unfortunately there's a country road ('Landstrasse', speed limit 100 km/h) right next to the accommodation. As the property is exactly on the boundary of the built-up area you can clearly hear cars and motorbikes accelerate.
