I want to know whether booking.com inspects the properties before putting it on the website ? The place was in a mess, dusty an organised house. The room I was given was dusty n bedding dirty n shedding particles. It triggered my allergies. So I left the place the whole day n came back late n packed my things and left. For the 2 nights I never slept well.

The guest suite was new, spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. Taribo thought of all the touches that make a guest feel welcome and comfortable. Entry and exit to the house were easy. The host was nearby and responsive.
I didn't pre book a room. I was offered a reduced rate at the front desk through my employer. Booking.com price was cheaper so I politely booked a room online (while standing at reception counter)
The hotel in general met my expectations. I would give thanks separately receptionists Team - they are the best!
The location is ideal - not far from the good road (hwy 404) but in picturesque and quite place. The hotel has a swimming pool and even a water slide.
Very clean and spacious. The front desk clerk was very friendly and lovely. Extremely impressed with the room and everything provided. It was also close to restaurants and stores. The room was more affordable than others in the Aurora and Markham area, and was the nicest I have stayed in so far (I travel to Richmond Hill regularly). High ceilings and comfortable, with a large tv.
We required a hotel that was affordable to our budget, but also clean and comfortable, which is what we found at Microtel. The breakfast in the morning was also very good..we could tell the staff was doing an excellent job to ensure every part of the experience was above satisfactory....thank you!
