On the positive side, the location is great, especially if you’re arriving by bus from KK. However, I probably wouldn’t book here again — I'd try somewhere else.
If you're looking for a good river tour, I recommend Googling Wanna and Mark for an excellent experience seeing monkeys and crocodiles. Ask them to pick you up near the mall by the river to save on taxi fare. Just message them via WhatsApp!

Location was great, Parking was great, Restaurant were nearby, Open market was at the end of the road, very quite and no road noise . Generally this is the best place we stayed in brunei on our vacation. Bathroom shower was the best we had for a long time
