The airport transfers and a kind of city tour also provided, not just the breakfast. So they successfully make friendships between travelers, I can just confirm. The staff is super nice and the hotel is at a quality of a 4 star. I hope they will keep this customer facing behavior in everything, so they will have tons of customers. I also liked the many instructions in the room, and not only the kettle is clean (that is my fetish :D - a clean kettle, which I look for in all hotels), but there were instructions for guests how to keep that clean.

Just like any other visitors, we were excited to explore the city. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any public transportation due to fasting month. The hotel owner kindly took us for a quick sight seeing around the city so we can experience Brunei at glance! Such a great hospitality that exceeds my expectation! Wonderful!

It is 1.6 km to Serasa Ferry Terminal. Serasa Beach is 3.5 km from Poni Homestay while Muara Beach is 4 km away. Times Square Shopping Complex and Brunei International Airport are both 24 km from the property. 1. Yani the host, was a very friendly lady who was extremely helpful. Right from serving breakfast to ordering taxis and giving all the information needed, Yani was top notch 2. Although there's nothing much to do in Muara, the property's location was bang on. 2.5-3kms from Muara Beach, Serasa Beach and Tanjung Batu (where you can grab gorgeous sunsets) 3. The property itself felt like a very nice home with full fledged kitchen and laundry for use. All the toileteries were provided too. 4. Supermarket and a couple of eateries were hardly a couple of mins from the property 5. There are bicycles for use at at the location making it very handy to take it to all the closeby spots 6. The neighbours dogs were super friendly and the property has 4 cats, one of which had recently given birth to 3 kittens. All of them very friendly and playful :)
