The apartment is quite big, very clean, was perfect for us. The area is very peacefull. The garage is underground, it's spacious, had no problems there.
The apartment is a bit far from the center, but the tram is close, about 8 minutes away and runs really good, never waited more the a few minutes.

The facilities were absolutely complete and the general description was particularly good (regarding parking, local transport, sights, restaurants, .....).

Nice budget hotel that makes a good choice if you visit Vienna or its northern surroundings but do not fancy an accommodation in the city. Room for 2 was of decent size and it had plenty of sockets which is very handy if you have many devices that need to be charged simultaneously. Breakfast was good, although breakfast room can get a bit crowded at times.
There are just three words I can think of - impeccable, immaculate and flawless. And very friendly and kind hosts in a newly rennovated pretty house. Blankets, towels.. are very clean and comfortable. I loved the wood floor without carpets because I have an allergy. It was a very pleasant stay. If you have a car, it would be a perfect stay.
