All of our activities are booked through hotel and they have offered super efficient services, all "connections" are almost perfect during our stays. And it's easy to meet some animals around your rooms too!!!

The staff is so friendly and tries to fulfill all wishes. The place is very quiet and has a nice garden, the chalets give privacy and the terrace is amazing. Plenty of breakfast offers, we definitely got full and enjoyed the high quality of food. Restaurant and drink prices are more than fair.

Great location on the main street of the city. Spacious rooms, very outdated but clean and comfortable. Restaurant has an Indian menu which is delicious and prices are very fair. Breakfast is ok but not many healthy options. Staff is super friendly. What is surprising, they offer free shuttle from and to the border.

The staff were very friendly, they were able to recommend daily activities, we were upgraded to presidential room, the Dinner was so well cooked (Delicious 😋)- big ups to the chef .The hotel management allowed us to stay in our room as our flight was a bit later - late check out- I would recommend this hotel a lot and would definitely go back again with family and friend …did I mention free hotel Shuttle:-)
The entire premises were well-kept and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and the accomodation was spacious and clean. A particular highlight was the outdoor seating and outdooe shower of each chalet. We would recommend.

Stayed in the picturesque Chalet which has 2 comfortable double beds and faces the pool. We enjoyed breakfast with cereal, eggs and toast served on a verandah also overlooking the pool. As others have said, the staff and owners are very welcoming and helpful. Even though I am a light sleeper, the loudspeakers callling from the nearby mosque was not an issue.
A real adventure! The Lodge is situated far away from the city, right at the shore of the Sambesi River. Extremely quiet and peaceful at night with a million stars above. But be careful: The hippos come out of the river at night and you better stay inside of your chalet. We were instructed that this would happen and at night they accompanied us from dinner to our chalets. Super friendly staff organized a tour to the Victoria falls and through the city of Livingstone.
The actual chalet was clean, well designed and comfortable.
