Alex welcomed us and the people living in the village were very hospitable. We took part in the village tour, which we would further recommend. The cabin was nice and clean.

The staff were very friendly, they were able to recommend daily activities, we were upgraded to presidential room, the Dinner was so well cooked (Delicious 😋)- big ups to the chef .The hotel management allowed us to stay in our room as our flight was a bit later - late check out- I would recommend this hotel a lot and would definitely go back again with family and friend …did I mention free hotel Shuttle:-)
The exchange from one type of room(Landela Tent) to a Chalet, it was smooth.. When booking it was not explicit that the tent had an outside open shower!!! The staff was GREAT! both at the Reception and the Restaurant.
The entire premises were well-kept and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and the accomodation was spacious and clean. A particular highlight was the outdoor seating and outdooe shower of each chalet. We would recommend.

Outstanding place. We stayed in a Zambian-style hut which had everything we needed inside. It was comfortable, with a very quirky charm. The location was great, not too far from the city centre as well as the Victoria falls. The staff was outstanding and very helpful, ensuring our stay was as great as it could be.
