upon our arrival we were greeted with cold fruit juice.
This was so wonderful we stayed an extra night. The staff was extremely accommodating. We had our clothes washed as well as our car while we were here. Our room was of sufficient size with a beautiful covered sitting area outside.
Our meals were well prepared and delicious. The creamy soups were especially creative and tasty. The evenings were a bit chilly. Upon retiring to bed after dinner we found hot water bottles under our blankets. The beds were very comfortable.
The grounds were beautiful and our room was bug free.
Wi-Fi was good but only in the dining/lounge area.

Overall, the resort is nicely build, it has nice vibe, we liked the wooden pathway connecting the places. Fireplace has nice atmosphere, overall design is great. Very good tilapia fish for food. We loved hot bottle delivered for the night to keep us warm (otherwise it would be cold in the room). Good in-built charger.
The breakfast and dinner were great. The chalets are spacious very clean and beds are comfy. Not far drive from Ngorongoro park - so can be a good overnight option while on safaris.
The staff was very attentive and professional. the facility is very nice with well appointed individual chalets. Beds are comfortable with mosquito netting.
