Good to point out that we had an issue with our air-conditioning and the owner was very responsive: he immediately arranged the reparation and even offered to pay us a night in another hotel if the airco wasn't fixed that night. Hopefully it was, but we really appreciated the quick solutions provided.

Boat or wildlife tours can be arranged. The property offers free parking. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent hospitality. Location is a little away from town. But a 50 baht per person per way taxi will get one into town in no time. The serene surrounding will make up for the distance from town. Each clean bungalow is well appointed and appropriately furnished with comfortable bed and hot shower. The restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price. I booked my lake tour and bamboo rafting with them and the experiences were good. They also helped me book my onward journey to Hat Yai. Kudos to the team at Monkey Mansion. ❤️
