Beach has rocks but you can walk 700m to beach with sand. Owner is very nice and very helpful.

I booked 4 nights and stayed a month, the women's who work there gave me a very good feeling, very warm and helpful, and really funny! The food is really tasty and the prices are excellent. The room is basic but spacious and cozy. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature and the locals who live nearby are very friendly. Strongly recommends!!!!!!
They have bikes that you can use for free - perfect for those who don't ride a motorcycle or want to move their body a bit.

The beach huts are just amazing. Anazing location right on the beach. All the staff are amazingly kind and helpful. The food was A+ every single meal. Rooms have an outside shower which is just the best. Rooms are clean and the bed was the comfiest I’ve slept in Thailand. They go over and above for you and it really was a special stay.
Perfect getaway to really get a feel for the beach hut life, everything was nicely decorated, lovely surrounding garden and very peaceful, staff very friendly and the puppy is extra cute! You could throw a stone into the sea from the bar area and there is an even nicer beach just a short walk away. If yo it lucky you might hear the monkeys in the morning! Would stay again! Thank you to the lovely staff!

as a woman travelling alone, I was a little anxious about staying in a "hut by the beach". however I always felt wonderfully secure, with Paul on hand in one of the other chalets nearby at all times. it had everything I needed in facilities, Wi-Fi good enough for zoom calls, small kitchen etc. there were even free laundry facilities on site. the beach was kept clean by Paul and his staff and it was a pleasure to spend 6 weeks there.
perfect location on Long Beach. the staff was really kind and helpful. I stayed in a beach hut witch was kind of basic but all you need. bathroom had warm water in shower and the room was clean.
we stayed in the wooden huts at the back of the property they were amazing lots of monkeys everywhere we woke up one morning and there was one in our bedroom

The sala's on the beach are amazing. You can sit and have your food and drinks brought to you, while you are watching the sunrise/sunset under the little beach huts and tables. The staff were exceptional. The bike rental price was outstanding. Overall just a great place to stay if you want an authentic Thai beach bungalow experience. We also had our dog and they were incredibly accommodating with him. Not one issue at all.
