We were 4 adults and 7 kids and we all had space to sleep and even could accommodate atleast 5-7 more people as the guest sitting area is separate. So if 2 families are going, you can have separate area for ladies and gents at any point of time. This is the beauty of such properties in Saudi. I strongly recommend this property for bigger families. The caretaker boy was very polite and helping. Well appreciated.
