The host, Andre is very attentive, kind, and communicative. A welcome basket was very generous, that included fruits, wine, bread, local cheese and so on. I can't say that everything was perfect, but it was a kind of accommodation that I felt very comfortable like it's my home, which is more important than the appearance of the place. I enjoyed the solitude of the place far away from busy city. Quiet and peace. That was what I was hoping during my vacation. My favorite memory is an ambiance created by the warmth and smoky smell from the fireplace when there were rain and fog.

We only stayed there one night but wished we could have stayed longer. It was in a great location near the Miradouro Escalvado for the most beautiful sunset. The cabin was clean and well cared for. We especially loved the warm dip in the hot tub in the evening. The communication with the owner was excellent.

Accomodation is perfect, hosts are lovely and welcoming. There is all the equipment you might need to cook simple meals in the kitchen, even small coffee machine. Bathroom is small but clean, plenty of towels available. We decided to sleep on the ground floor, because of larger beds, but then we had to use earplugs due to the noise from nearby road. Aiport is nearby, but there is no noise from that during night and only few planes during day.
