An absolutely lovely place inside the canyon run by a nice family with a view of the mountain and lush vegetation. The food was delicious (simple, but the best we had during our travels in Peru). The biggest surprise is the bed, which you would not expect in a place you visit primarily for the nature and hiking opportunity - it is huge and so comfortable.

At the lodge guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot spring bath. The location was perfect, the host was very helpful and a very lovely and honest person. The hot springs were so relaxing, hot shower 24/7 and the dinner was excellent. Great value for money.

Our Lady of the Assumption Church is 7.5 km from Lodge Mirador San Antonio- Colca, while Chivay Arena is 7.7 km away. Rodríguez Ballón International Airport is 148 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. The location is incredible and the lovely staff were able to help us find a viewpoint over the valley and the hot springs. Sandra also made us a delicious dinner whilst catering to our specific dietary needs.

The wooden cabins blend harmoniously with the environment and offer both private and shared bathroom options, hot water, and an on-site restaurant with a bar. Beautiful place to stay in a gorgeous location. Accomodation is basic as you'd expect in the remote location but we got a lovely private hut for a reasonable price. The hot springs under the stars are amazing.

Cabanaconde can be reached in 3 hours, by foot, horse or mule only. Very open and clean! The pool was really nice if you dare to jump in that is 🥶. The receptionist, Pablo, is super friendly and a great time to hang out with while watching football! The beds were really comfy and cozy with thick blankets to keep you warm at night.
