The owner and staff are amazing! They were very lovely and even made us homemade donuts on the house!! The lodge is very spacious and comfy! We also rented a motorbike which was in very good condition. Absolutely recommend the place! 11/10 :D !!!

It was close to many shops and eateries. Lobby and staff very nice and accommodating. It was clean and airport shuttle service a bonus. Very nice bakery next to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

When we call the receptionist first shuttle from air port to hotel wjich is anout 3 to 5 min away. The receptionist herself drove the shuttle starex mov to pick us up within 5 min.

Super confortable cabin in the woods with everything you may need. Also, good food, amazing natural pool and friendly staff, we had an amazing stay at permai.
I thought the hotel was modern and very well equipped. I was staying close to the airport for an early morning flight and this hotel suited perfectly. They even provided a free shuttle service at 3:30am which I thought was excellent.
