Featuring a hot tub, Bakkakot 3 Cozy Cabin In The Woods is located in Akureyri. A hot tub is available for guests. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The bungalow was very comfortable and cosy, located in the woods. Fairytale and very romantic place. There is a queen size bed, video option with movies, table and small kitchen inside. The bathroom was enough big. We will recommend for dinner the Eyri restaurant on the lake, only 10 minutes away from the property. It´s a gourmet one (higher price level) but all very tasty with an excellend wine choice. Near Akureyri we will highly recommend also to visit the Forest Lagoon (thermal baths).

Located on a farm in Árhólar 11 km from the main road, Laxárdalur Cabin offers cottages with a kitchen, dining area and private bathroom Einarsstaðir is a 45-minute drive away, while Akureyri is 80 km away. Guests benefit from free WiFi. Wow! The best place! The connection with the host was very good. We got a lot of instructions - how to get to the place, how to get the keys. The cabins are in a beautiful river valley, view from the windows is amazing. Cottage is located in the remote place, it take time to get to the Cabin. But the place is just wonderful! Modern, new, with all equipment you need and you don't need. Comfortable beds, good pillows, good Wi Fi, hot water, comfortable bathroom, BBQ, even first aid kit. Exceptionally clean! Blackout blinds really good for Icelandic summer, it was first night in the Iceland that I could sleep,
Húsavík

The views are spectacular and the place is super quiet even though you're overlooking the town.

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. A really nice cabin. Beautiful view, sometimes sheep are around the apartment which is lovely. Staff was nice and supportive. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Little limited space for the luggage but manageable.

With river views, this accommodation offers a patio. The holiday home provides a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. When we arrived I regretted booking for only one night. This is a perfect getaway for several days. Entering the house with the spacious veranda and the great view it just felt like home because it had this personal touch (little library..) Kitchen was well equipped. We made use of the washing machine, very handy after 10 days. We`ll try and visit again

The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were snowed in and had to stay an extra night. They staff were very helpful and used the tractor to help dig us out.
This wonderful cabin is located in a private forest and provides nice natural experience with outdoor feel. Kitchen is well-equipped, Hot pot is accessible in provided bathrobes with 1 minute walk. It was really wonderful glamping experience.
The cabin was huge for the two of us, lovely to have space after lots of hotel rooms. We used the full kitchen and enjoyed the hot tub, this was a place we definitely could have stayed longer as so much space. The hot tub was a bonus and beautiful to sit in, we went in before and after dinner.
Nice wooden cabin with a lovely hot tub outside. It was nice that we could also do our laundry at the hotel.
We found our hut fantastic: facing some kind of lava field, just a few minutes away by car to the main highlights, clean, comfortable and sweet. Bathroom located in an other building and kitchen shared with (too) many people, fortunately compensated by the charming cabin. Had smoked trout and black bread at breakfast, that we added extra and enjoyed. The cabin made our stay memorable.

This is a lovely and cozy wooden cabin. It is placed very close to the ring road literally in the woods. It was so peaceful and quiet- the perfect place to relax. The cabin is very comfortable with everything you need. The beds were great. I wish we could stay longer.
Super cozy wooden house - felt at home right away! The hosts really thought of everything, up until the smallest details. Also really enjoyed the hot tub from where we could observe a variety of birds - very tranquil and beautiful surroundings and a lot to explore around the huts. Highly recommended when spending time in Myvatn area or Husavik!
Cosy little wooden cabin. We loved the private hot tub and enjoyed using the free kayaks on the lake. The local swimming baths were nice, with a good pool and a selection of hot pools. Decent base for exploring the area.
