Everything was excellent, the view is beautiful and the location of the room meant you could sit comfortably to look out at it at every opportunity, resting in the room, or sitting for breakfast. Stunning!!! The room was spacious, with separate kitchenette, well equipped for preparing a simple meal. Armand and his team at the hotel, were so welcoming, everyone of them made us feel at home. We also enjoyed the meals, which were prepared and presented with great care, delicious!!!

Hostel has a good location, close to shuttles and boats, they also help you with any transportation and you can leave the backpack. They have hammocks in the common room with a shared kitchen so it's great to chill. Other than that all basic things are there, including water bottle refill.
Friendly and helpful staff, cool parrot speaking, very comfortable beds, clean, free coffee and tea, water, hot shower, location perfect. Book your Shuttles here, it's cheaper than agencies outside.
Basic small room with private bathroom, comfortable bed but awful pillows. Room was stuffy, needs better ventilation. Good location, walking distance to the lake, shops and restaurants, and a longer walk to the supermarket. Having the travel service was a bonus with discounted shuttle prices, one less thing to worry about. Daily breakfast of pancakes, fruit and coffee, always the same.
12/10 Beautiful terrace, good kitchen and cheap tours around Atitlán. Lolita was really helpful in making sure we get to our tours. She even went up at 3am to walk us to our shuttle. Gracias!
We really liked the location of the cabin right on the lake with a great view on the lake and the volcano. Right in front, you can rent kayaks and SUPs which was very practical and a recommendation. The cabin had a comfortable bed and a nice terrace from which you could view of the whole garden. Also practical that a kitchen is included in case you want to cook and they provide filtered water.
The location was excellent. It was right at the center of everything. Easily accessible to the boat shuttle, bars and restaurants.
Hosts are just amazing! They helped me arrange a shuttle bus and they were super helpful with all the questions I had! The room was massive, clean and beds were comfortable.

This hostel is very homey and cosy. The room was big and had a TV with Netflix. There is a roof terrace where you can have a coffee with a view of the lake. It's a walkable distance from the centre and lake. There is a great tortilleria a few doors down, as well as 2 big supermarkets. The staff were amazing, they helped up book a tour to Chichi and a shuttle to Antigua for a good price.
The cabins were great, the staff very friendly and nice. I went on the hike to 'El rostra Maya' and this was organised by the hotel with an excellent guide. Also booking of a shuttle back to Guatemala City is possible.
