We didn't even want to go to the sea. Although the sea and beach are also great. To the sea by car 8-10 minutes. We are incredibly glad that we chose this place for our holiday. Everything about the house was exceptional, clean, modern and luxurious. Spacious and with great facilities for all of us. Fully equipped for a wonderful holiday. (Towels, shampoo etc)
Nice outside area with a grass lawn where you can play some football or other fun games. The pool was big enough for all of us and the sunbeds were very comfortable.
The owner was amazingly helpful and kind, always responding quickly when we had some questions.
When we let the owner know we wanted a bread knife, they came knocking on the door with one the same day!
Air condition in every room aswell.
We would definitely book this house again! Wow! Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, beachfront, trams and airport shuttle bus stops just outside the apartment. Vibrant area, equipped comfy flat, with huge memory foam bed, sitting area, dining area, pots and pan, and private bathroom and washing machine and air con. There's also a safe and extra towels, duvets. We didn't use the kitchen because we were there only a few days and preferred eating out exploring city centre and local cuisine.
Convienient for airport, booked shuttle bus for our early flight, excellent service. Rooms were lovely, clean and spacious, really comfy beds, cafe/bar again really good, staff very attentive and friendly, food excellent. Spa was a great especially after a long drive.

The apartment was modern, clean and had great views. Its in a good location. The management company were very attentive and responded when the shutters were broken for a week. They understood that we could not get any sleep as there was no curtains on the windows.

Good location for airport and reliable shuttle service provided. Very short walk to local shops and restaurants but Hotel Restaurant acceptable and breakfast good by Spanish standards.
Excellent location, excellent value for money, excellent communication from owner, comfortable beds. Good WiFi. Dishwasher and little balcony. Complete blackout shutters. Reasonably quiet at night considering the vicinity to the old town. I had great nights sleep, which is quite unusual for me when away from home!
The property is a delightful, friendly and comfortable bungalow in an excellent location in Urb. La Marina. It's south facing so gets plenty of sunshine and is convenient for various supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It's not overlooked by other properties so is quite private and has a very pleasant outlook. And lovely wooden shutters on the windows. Our contact (not sure if he was the owner or manager) was very helpful when we had a slight problem with the cooker. We thoroughly enjoyed our fortnight here.
Everything, the hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. Checked in ver easily and was given lots of information. The lady who checked us in opened the lift door for us and pressed the numbr for our room level. Bed in out room was beautiful, wooden headboard and the bedside cabinets are lovely too. The hotel is close to everything and very well priced.
It was not like your typical Spanish room/ apartment -( often nowadays either ultra scandi at one end or traditional Spanish at the other) - it was a quirky throwback to Indian hippy trail beach hut with eclectic colour and style - a different and enjoyable change .welcoming host ,comfy bed ,good powerful shower and within100 yards of the beach ,and in the old town with its plethora of tapas bars and restaurants .And all at a very reasonable price for mid July peak season.
