Best Resort I ever been! The shuttle taking us to the private beach was definitely a plus as long as the heated swimming pool in the resort.
Great location, next to old town. Every activity have its own shuttle or transfer, so hotel location is good and far away of noise.
The staff is definitely so kind and helpful. The hotel is ten minutes away from the City Center and it gives you a chance to avoid all the noises. The beach and pool are really nice and easy to reach. You can also use the shuttle for it. There are some cafes around the hotel. Also the hotel was not crowded and we liked the food we tried.
The location was perfect for relaxing as there was a noticeable distance to the city Hurghada. But with the taxi service and the shuttle bus it was very easy to get to the inner city at any time during the day. The pools were easy to access and clean. Especially the staff was extraordinarily friendly throughout our stay and could react to any wish. It was very easy to communicate as almost every staff member could speak English AND German. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to our friends and family.
The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and the rooms were very quiet. The food is also very good , we had breakfast and dinner included. The beach is a little bit further away, you can walk there in 20 minutes or take the shuttle from the hotel for free which goes every hour. The taxi to go to Hurghada city is 25€. However you can book a tour with GetyourGuide or get an Uber much cheaper.
Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, nice furnished, very comfortable and very clean. All the staff was very kind, especially Henni and Mohammed from the reception which were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is around a kilometer from the Marina and the beach. The hotel provides a regular shuttle service from hotel. The breakfast and the lunch were great and tasty. I had an excellent and relaxing stay at the hotel. I would stay again at the hotel.
The facility is very central. The receptionist Mustafa was helpful in every way. Very professional. Customer communication is excellent in terms of problem solving ability and quick response. The beach of the facility is next to 5-star hotels. It has a beautiful sea. They give beach towels every day. There are showers and cabins on the beach. Very There is an economical and delicious buffet on the beach. You can have your meal without leaving the beach.breakfast is good
I could use late check in, The price was nice, I could use credit card and wallet point. (Normally in the cheap price hotel, we have to pay by cash.) If you use late check in, It's better to use airport shuttle. If you buy SIM card at airport, It takes one hour to activate.
Breakfast was delicious with wide variety of choices to pick from the buffet . Cleanliness in and around the property is superb. Property is centrally located and connected internally to the nearby city centre mall for your shopping needs. Beach huts and pools were really awesome .
