There are also 11 km of walking trails throughout the property, or guests can just relax in the hot tub or have a massage in the spa. This property was absolutely the best lodge I ever stayed at. It's super nice and has the best views of the volcano. There are so many trails to take on the property and the daily free tour gives you a great idea on how to get started. It felt like a luxury in the rainforest but also very ecologically involved.

The property was built in 2018 and has accommodation with a balcony. The chalet also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Everyone at the bungalows was so kind and Carla was extremely helpful, she sent us some great suggestions for sightseeing/activities/restaurants. The location is a little bit outside of the main townsite of La Fortuna, which made it very quiet and relaxing. Super easy to get to town by cab/uber/a 20 minute walk, close to many activities like coffee and chocolate tours and you are surrounded by stunning views of the volcanos. And there is an excellent place to eat (El Chante Verde) just down the road.

The free shuttle service to the airport is great. and they privde a small breakfast package if you have to go very early. The hotel is in nice location just a few minutes away, surrounded by green.
Great base to explore the area of the Arenal volcano. The wooden cabins were charming and rather comfortable. The breakfast with view on coloured birds was incredible
View from the room you could see and hear toucans. Many of them. Wooden cabin feel. Jacuzzi in the cabin(didnt tried though). Breakfast , basic but still a coffe and a juice is a nice morning start. Room clean and cleaned. All listed amenities. Parking on premises.
Our wooden hut was very nicely located. There was a wooden veranda/terrace with a hammock and very comfortable chairs so that everyone could sit and enjoy the view. We saw some birds. The two rooms are simple but comfortable (bed/shelf/moskitonet). There is even a small fridge and a coffee maker. The shower was nice. Enough towels provided. Upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink (coffee, chocolate). The food for dinner was nice. The chocolate tour in the morning was interesting. Internet was surprisingly good.
This place is absolutely beautiful. The gardens around each cabin are amazing and it sitting just below the volcano which can be seen from the cabins. The cabins are very spacious and well equipped and the front desk stuff is great. The restaurant is convenient to have if you rather not drive to town for dinner but it's a little pricy and the food is nice but not worth the price in our opinion. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the town by car and it offers a shuttle to town. We really wish we could stay more
Cute wooden cabin. Felt private. Powerful hot shower, large cubicle. Set in very nice grounds. Great location for access to town (via car in my case), chocolate tour just up the road, Cerro Chato hike. Very nice on-site family. Arranged a massage in my room with the hotel next door, which my hotel permitted.
Nice spot in the mountain area, decent restaurant with westernized food. The fireplace in the cabin was really nice! The staff was friendly and helpful.
Very good traditional breakfast and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall cosy wooden cabin with good basic facilities (big fridge, enough towels, big safe, good airco). Very calming to sit in the garden for breakfast and watch the plants and animals. Backside of garden has a nice view of the volcano.
The staff at Arsenal Oasis were incredibly friendly and helpful. We booked several tours through the front desk and all were good value for money, with exceptionally knowledgable guides - the Night Walk/frog tour was a particular highlight. The cabin was spacious and exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds, good ceiling fans and large fridge meant we stayed in comfort. Two wooden rocking chairs on the front porch were perfect for enjoying a sudden rain storm.
