Arutanga
Set alongside Aitutaki Lagoon, this resort offers 3 beachfront bungalows. Aitutaki Seaside Lodges is located in Amuri, 5 minutes' drive from Aitutaki Airport.
Each air-conditioned bungalow is situated only 20 metres from the water and are fully insect screened. All offer a fully equipped kitchen, a living area and a flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The nearest airport is Aitutaki, 4 km from the lodge, and the property offers a free airport shuttle service.
Where do I even start… Nik is by far the best host we have ever had in all our years of travel! He checks in with you everyday to make sure you are having the best time possible. If you need anything- he says “leave it to me” and takes care of it all! He went above and beyond to help us find out important information when we ran into issues with our flights home. I can truly say that he is one of the kindest people you will ever meet, and we cannot thank him enough for making us feel like family! We were also lucky enough to be able to upgrade from the garden units to one of the beach front bungalows for 4 out of the 5 nights of our stay - which was fantastic!
The amenities at Sunny Beach Lodge go on and on:
Free airport transportation, free wifi, free toiletries, free use of kayaks and bicycles, and a laundry service! It is also located right next to a convenience/takeaway store, and a 24 hour store that sells food and alcohol a short walk away! I could go on and on about how great this place is - so please, do yourself a favour, and stay here when you find yourself in the paradise that is Aitutaki! You won’t regret it!

Arutanga
Situated on 4 acres of private gardens in Tautu Village, Gina’s Garden Lodges features accommodation with a private patio and a kitchen.
Fresh fruit and vegetables are supplied in the loft-style lodges. The kitchen features a stove, refrigerator and a toaster. After a day of sightseeing you can relax in the covered patio area, which offers outdoor seating.

Beautiful location, basic facilities but has everything you need, and wonderful hosts. Extraordinarily accommodating, made my stay so comfortable. I loved my little beach hut!
Be aware that you go to a budget accomodation. Switch your mindset to it and you will have a great time! Perfect beach access, with fabulous snorkling right in front of the huts. Mattias and Riki provide simple bicycles, but for free. Pleasant to keep you mobile to supermarkets, takeaways and restaurants on that side of Aitutaki. And do Mattias' boat cruise! It is worth every dollar; snorkeling with the giant trevallies is a great experience!
Kura was a great host! She met us at the airport & took us to their place. We loved the apartment-cabin, it was spacious & very well equipped with everything we needed! We loved Aitutaki. 😎👍
We had an amazing stay at Matriki Beach huts. Matthias was very knowledgeable of the area and friendly. The bikes and snorkel gear were available to be used and we thoroughly enjoyed snorkelling right off the beach in front of our Accomodation.

A real paradise in Aitutaki . Matthias ll provide everything you need for a wonderful stay near the beautiful beach and lagoon . Rooms/huts are really special and very comfy . You can go with Matthias who knows every places in the lagoon for snorkelling in the middle of Napoleon's Fish , turtles and corals . What an extraordinary adventure !
Great location for snorkelling etc. Great host who was able to take to take us out on his boat to see the whales, turtles, clams etc for an excellent price and who also had local knowledge of the area. Groovy little huts to stay in.
Great that huts were on the beach. Host "T" was so friendly, nice and cool.- picking us up with flower neckless and everything. Get a scooter delivered to the house.
I had a wonderful time at Matriki Beach Huts. Riki and Matt were warm and friendly hosts who greeted me by name, were happy to help and made lots of great suggestions for my stay. The location is unbeatable, being right on the beach. The huts are great value for money and while they’re not super fancy, everything is clean and tidy with lovely touches like fresh fruit, flowers. I was comfortable with everything I needed. Their three cats are super friendly. The snorkelling from the beach is fantastic.
Wonderful paradise island! Paradise Cove was amazing, a beautiful beach hut on the sand, over looking the ocean. Clean, comfortable amenities, greeted promptly at the airport with flower garlands. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of fresh fruits and bread and cereals. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
