Staff went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
BF Dlamini Guest house was amazing. The area is quiet and very safe. The rooms are cleaned and prepared well before you arrive. And best part about the guest house is the shuttle that's available 24/7.
WE HAD THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ROOM THEY UPGRADED OUR ROOM WITH A BALCONY VIEW. FROM OUR ENTRANCE AT RECEPTION UNTIL WE LEFT WE HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE. I WILL CONTINUE TO BOOK WITH THE VIEW BOUTIQUE IT MEETS THE 5 STAR REPUTATION. THE VIEW FROM OUR BALCONY WAS EXCELLENT. THE CLEAN ROOM & AIRCON KEPT US INDOORS IN THE HEAT. DURING THE NATIONAL SHUTDOWN WE WERE SO SAFE AND HAD ROOM SERVICE.
The rooms are very beautiful and the position is perfect: it's on a shore from where you can see all the day the wales swimming and jumping in the sea. And the two ladies that runs the place are really good hosts. They are hospitable and helpful. Ask to them for the contact for a really good shuttle service for go around the city.

Suggestion;- a few other chalets I've been to,have open view decoder which in my opinion wud suit all language grps n it's free, n u wud save on wifi n other costs.
The chalet units are modern and comfortable. Good place to sit back and relax.
