Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

First off all the remarkably friendliness and commitment of all members of stuff to keep the house clean, safe, calm. That's why it is a place where you feel welcomed and well. Logistically easy to reach it is also a place from where you can start easily exploring the city. There's some food stores and restaurants around. Big lockers in the room for your belongings. You sleeping cabin can be really dark, if you want. Came I back to SF I wound stay there again for sure. Hope, all members of stuff are doing well.

Rooms have just been renovated so all is very new and clean. However, some consideration could've been given to noise reduction (it's on a very busy crossroads). Maybe some heavy curtains rather than wooden shutters or other soft furnishings might have helped to block some of the road noise. Also, all laminate floors so could hear everything from upstairs and next door rooms. Plenty of secure parking.

The lounge is really amazing, what a gem. It is like staying in a piece of San Francisco's history, indeed it was built as a girls school in 1890.. The staff were really warm and welcoming. The shuttle bus was useful for morning trips. Quiet part of city near main bus routes.

No luggage carts. Bed rock hard. No drapes, just shutters you can see in around edges. Phone didn’t work. Front door needed to be replaced, flimsy lock. Hair in tub and on the two tiny towels provided. Bathtub advertised, no drain stop for a hot bath. One of the worst stays of my life. Truly uncomfortable. Just another cheap Indian hotel.

Perfect location for San Francisco. The kitchens and bar were shut when we stayed but there are great Diners and bars nearby and it increased our enjoyment of the city,

The cabins are exactly as advertise. Great room, the tech work great, the moonsoon shower is great and it was all very safe despite the area. Luggage storage was safe and handy.

The Indian staff Gotham (i think i got his name right) was very polite and accommodating, he deserves a 5 stars. The hotel is dated but liveable, thing i can suggest is that they can remove the wooden cabinets to make space for the luggage especially if the visitors are from international flights. The bread coffee and fruits during breakfast are acceptable, but i hope they can add at least boiled eggs.
