Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, and fairly large room and bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. The free airport shuttle was great.

Simple but nice breakfast provided. For those who are not join the membership, there's no bottle water in the room but could refill water bottle by using water dispenser at lobby. Comfy and warm at room and have enough spaces for luggages. They also have shuttle bus service to pick you up from/to Reno airport and it's easy to reserved the service.

—free shuttle to the airport, even at 4 a.m. —no hidden and meaningless “resort fees” like at most other area hotels —smart layout of the room

Enjoyed this stay although I was charged with extra resort fees and shuttle not previously being made aware of it. 'Free' shuttle to and from the airport was handy though so do use it as you will be charged for it anyway. Would stay again.

Stayed during the Reno Air Races, the hotel was very busy. Breakfast area was busy, but the staff did well replacing items. The standout for us was the free shuttle to the Casino where we caught the bus to and from the races. Exceptional service. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The 24hr free shuttle bus, the location of the hotel and it had everything we required for a one night stopover. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
