    Simple but nice breakfast provided. For those who are not join the membership, there's no bottle water in the room but could refill water bottle by using water dispenser at lobby. Comfy and warm at room and have enough spaces for luggages. They also have shuttle bus service to pick you up from/to Reno airport and it's easy to reserved the service.

    The ladies at the front desk were just lovely. We were only there over night so did not have breakfast, so can not comment. The A framed huts were special, spacious and clean. We would have liked to have stayed longer but time did not permit. Maria

    Room was big and nice. Otherwise, all other conditions exceeded my expectations. I had to leave for an early flight (catch shuttle at 0415). I was told by day shift staff I'd have to call ahead so shuttle driver could warm up shuttle and pull up front. However, when I called ahead, I was told he was already standing by. Day shift just needed more communication from night shift on their procedures.
