The front staff were very friendly. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to downtown attractions and restaurants. This service was fantastic. They took us to our restaurant and back to the hotel and told us of places to shop after dinner. We called when we were ready to leave and they were there in minutes. Very friendly and helpful. The shuttle is a reason to stay at this hotel. We went to a show at the Palace Theatre and it is just around the corner. Breakfast the next day was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Over price most definitely there was a lot of noisy people nasty pain in bathroom broken frames have wholes by the tv it looked like it was in process of repair and never finished the bed sheets was drity and with holes in it staff was rude I seen online that this hotel had shuttle to from air port and did not also free breakfast and did not

I loved the staff, who were not only extremely helpful, they were very nice to us. Anything we needed or wanted they made sure we were taken care of. The hotel manager, Mickel, was awesome and super friendly. Also the hotel shuttle to the expo center was an amazing service that we did not expect, but it made our travel to the tournaments so much easier. Our room was very spacious and well laid out.
