For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.
The hotel is less than a mile from airport. Quick shuttle service to the airport. Nice breakfast with waffle. Comfy bed and everything is clean. Strong wifi signal.
Breakfast was the normal fair offered at most lower price hotel. The hot offerings were just OK. Other offerings on the cold bar were good. The room was clean and nicely appointed until our last day where we were shuttled to a side room that usually hosted meeting and weddings. The restaurant for evening meals was pricey and offered some strange meals that did not work for us.
Very cheap and close to the airport (walking distance but they also offer a free shuttle). A little dated and could do with a modern uplift but it was comfortable and all that was needed for a one night airport stop over.
The free shuttle to the Fresno Airport, comfortable bed, excellent cable and the best chicken soup ever from the restaurant. Also the staff was amazing.
Staff was excellent. Even though we took the shuttle, we could have easily walked to the airport. The crazy thing about our stay is that we never heard any planes taking off or landing which was a prior concern. Would highly recommend to others to stay here and if you remember, just walk there to save the staff time and gas. It is honestly just a five minute walk.
Excellent, over-and-above service by shuttle driver and front desk, immediate shuttle from airport, great location (2-3 min), clean and quiet.
